This group is designed for young swimmers 10 years of age and under. Swimmers in this program will be initiated to the four competitive strokes, proper starts, turns and other competitive swimming skills and use of equipment in a fun and dynamic environment.
Swimmers are expected to participate in 3-4 regional competitions which allow the coaches to see the progression of the swimmers and the technical points learnt throughout the season.
The season starts the week of September 11 2023 and ends June 21 2023.
