This group is for swimmers aged 11 to 12 years who are new or striving striving to improve their performance. These swimmers will work on their stroke, starts, turns and race techniques in all four strokes as well as their endurance.
These swimmers are expected to be dedicated and passionate to the sport.
These swimmers will compete at the highest level as per their stage of development.
Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are an integral part of the training program.
The season starts the week of September 11 2023 and ends June 21 2024.
