This group is for swimmers aged 12 years old and under who have winter competitive swimming experience but need to work on fundamentals such as stroke technique, starts, turns and race strategies.
Swimmers in the Regional Group are expected to participate in all the regional competitions and finals if qualified.
The season starts the week of September 11 2023 and ends June 21 2023.

| - Swimmers are asked to be on deck 10 minutes prior to the start time
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.
