SILVER

The Silver group is designed for swimmers aged 7 to 11 years old.

Swimmers in this program will be introduced to all four strokes, proper starts, turns and other competitive swimming skills.

Swimmers who have experience in winter competitive swimming but need to work on the fundamentals such as stroke technique, starts, turns are suitable for this group.

The group trains during the following separate 3 week sessions:

• June 23 to July 11 2024
• July 23 to August 8 2024
