Our Masters Swim Club offers adults of all ages and experiences a great way to stay fit, and improve swimming technique. In addition, you will have the opportunity to compete if that is your goal.
This group trains at Parc LaSalle in Lachine only.
Practices will begin the week of June 27th and end the week of July 31st
Schedule Tuesday: 8:45am-10:15am Wednesday: 8:45am-10:15am Saturday: 10:15am-11:45am
